What have I been up to?

Actually, we're closing on a 1929 Craftsmen in West Seattle sometime towards the end of next week. A fun economy note: we're purchasing it for $20k less than the current owner bought it for three years ago AFTER she put $30k into all new electrical and windows and about $100k less than it would have appraised for last year. That's pretty cool.

I'm going to post a youtube video tour of my current house (for posterity and so those of you that have never gotten to see it can) and of the new house (to track the upgrades/work/etc).
