I was inducted into Carolingia's Order of the Moon (baronial arts&sciences) on Saturday. I was asked last spring, but it took this long to get all the ducks in a row. Gundormr's speech, as I recall it, recognized my achievements in the art and science of musician wrangling, aka cat herding. Not quite what I expected. I guess my primary SCAdian instrument at this time is actually the Waytes rather than recorder or viol or drum, though I do employ those too. Just hadn't really thought of it in those terms.
