Here's the thing
Nothing much is happening in July, so I'm going to post every day. It's a bad habit I've got, this not writing anything regularly thing, so I'm going to break it. It might be terribly boring for you, so sorry in advance.
I'm temping, living in a house with a hole in the wall (I'll write about that tomorrow) but that I own, and planning a huge life change in September.
Watching: just finished Bones season 7 (TalkTalk decided to give me some Sky channels, so I've been all legal & stuff); 24: Live Another Day, which is the stupidest thing ever, but I'm thoroughly enjoying it and its hilarious Guardian recaps; Orphan Black; Casualty (guilty pleasure); and Game of Thrones, as I purloined DVDs from friends as I wanted something to counteract wall to wall football & tennis.
Reading Call the Midwife. It's not very well written and the author is teeth-achingly conservative, but it contains interesting social history and I learned the story behind the midwife nuns.
