Found myself lying awake at 5 am, my brain going "A PHD? ARE YOU COMPLETELY MAD? If you'd wanted to keep busy, you could have just done GCSE flower arranging or something!"
Got to put in my application this week, and then start to refine my proposal in order to apply for an AHRC studentship. There will likely be more sleepless nights before this is over.
I think I need a holiday.
