It's been a while...
So...I moved this past weekend!! I moved out of a dark, wood-panel walls, indoor/outdoor carpeted basement into a lovely flat with 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a big living room, a kitchen, a basement, and a back yard! My bedroom is pink!! I am living with Sarah, a friend of mine from GMU, and things are going great :) :) We've decided that our house is an "Easter Egg House" because the walls are a multitude of pastel colors (almost all of which we painted)...my bedroom is pink, her bedroom is a pale tealy-blue, the hallway is light green, the dining room is peachy-orange, and the living room is a tannish yellowy neutral color. :) Celti is enjoying herself, I think, and the bunnies are no longer in my bedroom, so I'm sleeping better! AND I HAVE WINDOWS!!! 3 in the living room, one in the dining room, 2 in each bedroom, and one in each the kitchen and bathroom. :)(: YaY!!
The move went pretty smoothly, though I still have some stuff to pick up from the other place. We have all of our furniture where we want it, but I have virtually no work clothes clean, so I need to do laundry after my remedial tutoring this evening (stupid test and my stupid score, ugh!) Oh well, one more class, one homework, and one takehome final, and I'm done! (is that kinda like 'One Bourbon, One Scotch, and One Beer'?)...
