So, last night I dreamed about....

Strongbad. Yep, that's right, it has gotten to the point where I *DREAM* about a freaking cartoon character. ugh. I think my crazy dreams, along with my severe thirst and frequent trips to the bathroom have something to do with the fact that when I got to work this morning, my blood glucose monitor just said "HIGH". Yeah, that means it is over 550. I've been in the hospital for blood sugar that high before. Luckily no DKA yet, but I'm just praying it will come down soon. I checked again and it was 524, but I need it to be around 120. Still got a long way to go. So, between the HIGH blood sugar, my dog needing to go out again this morning, staying up and talking on the phone until 12:30, and finding out that my dog ATE MY FRIGGIN PIZZA LEFTOVERS!!! UGH!! I'm not having the best of mornings. I did manage to get my stepdad's best friend, Rick to send me his resume. Hopefully he'll get an interview (and a position) as our FSO (facility security officer). I really like him a lot, so I hope to have him working here. Or at least in the area. Right now he lives in Florida with his parents. Yeah, he's somewhere around 40. But, he really is there to take care of them, because his dad had pretty major heart surgery recently and they needed the extra hands around the house. But, he's ready to get out. Anyway, that was a long description of a short piece of my today.

SCOTT IS COMING UP TONIGHT INSTEAD OF TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!! =D Of course, he won't get here til 2am, but still :) Very happy. (:
