Do people actually urinate in the shower? Sometimes if I am browsing the net I take my laptop with me and set it on the little carpeted bench type thing next to the loo (which basically conceals some part of the building I think. If you found the approximate proportion of their lives that people spent on the loo, then this would be a pretty simple problem to solve. If you want to base it upon the loo using patterns of people, what times of day they are likely to use it more, when it will be more occupied and when people will need it more, I'd expect that a computer simulation would be the easiest. There are a lot of directions that you could take this. I have ADD and am likely to forget, but I will try very hard to remember to keep a record of my loo using patterns.

And shower rates vary from 5 minutes, if I'm in a hurry, to 15 minutes, if I shave, to 30+ if a buddy is present. I'd say it averages to about 15 after you take it all into account (and, again, that's roughly 4.5 times a week... although that's higher now because of the presence of said company
