So.....
To help me help myself, I present, the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
The Good:
- I just got back from Milwaukee flying NWA... got there and here on time and my bag wasn't lost
- I went to the best. concert. ever. and got recognized by my hero who has been my hero since 1997. Utter Awesomeness.
- Tyler. I love that guy.
- I know what I'm going to do my paper for 413 on and I have a back up plan if that doesn't work out. One of the first times ever that I have a back up plan.
- I have a washer and dryer... no more creepy laudromat.
- Lance is amazing and makes me smile when I'm lonely.
- Jon & Kate Plus 8 makes me smile.
- I go to FLORIDA on the 7th!!! =D
- The next Salvatore book comes out on the 7th.
- I'm usually getting enough peaceful and restful sleep at night (and easily falling asleep).
- I talked to an old friend from high school (technically an ex-boyfriend) tonight and it was productive.
- I'm getting done with Christmas presents.
- I haven't really had to do much, and won't have to, for my TA position. It's great getting paid to do nothing.
The Bad:
- I need to catch up on cleaning in my house. I don't mind doing chore-like stuff at Tyler's but I hate doing it for myself.
- I haven't finished getting sources for said 413 paper which is due tomorrow.
- I'm not taking good enough care of myself lately. Need to do better so I stay healthy and don't miss school.
- Lance knocked over my drink so it's smells like alcohol in here.
- I'm nervous about leaving Lance for the whole time that I'm in Florida so I have to find someone to come to the house to check on him once or twice. Yes, I know I have to be responsible, I chose to get him, but it's still stressful.
- My mom gets mad too much.
- I spend too much money.
The Ugly:
- UND is MOVING the history department. Everyone, and I mean, EVERYONE that didn't make this assholish decision is pissed. It sucks like hell.
- I want the election to be OVER! I was at my parents' house this weekend and picked up the phone and it was someone from one side. I told them that I had already made up my mind on who I was gonna vote for and that nothing would change my mind and this person CONTINUED to be retarded and trying to change my mind which I guess the idiot didn't understand that by pissing me off more, I wouldn't want to vote for that guy even more. Grrrr!
- I have way too much homework to do this month and going to Florida isn't helping at all.
- Tyler lives too far away. And we both miss each other a lot... yeah, it's not just me. And I prob'ly won't see him until the end of October. Grrrr.
- I hate North Dakota. It doesn't really have anything going for it. I don't know why people live here and raise families here.
I think there is more bad and ugly and I'll prob'ly find it out tomorrow at school. But looking at it, the good outweighs everything but the bad and ugly are so much worse... blah!
