A man on the subway saw some math sheets i had out and asked to take a look.
He then asked me what I want to be when I grow up.

A strange thing for me to hear, since I am almost 30. Although I don't think anyone would classify me as a grown up.

My friend Joe is 6'6" or 6'7" and my age.
I doubt anyone has ever seen him on a train, looked at his philosophy papers and asked him what he wants to be when he grows up.

Has a woman ever said "When my boyfriend grows up he is going to....."

It's always the same thing, I am not serious enough for "normal" people
and not interesting enough for the punk/metal/noise whatever people.

Some people are accepted in both sections. A lot are accepted in 1.
Not many fall between both.
It's not because I am unique and don't fit it.
It's because I am boring and immature. The worst possible combination.
