don't apologise, it was just a bit of advice. If you've a 15" one, then it don't really cost all that much to get your parents to get a bigger (19" ain't that expensive) monitor (show then the difference and they'll fall for it), if you got 15 " or bigger, then increase the screen resolution to at least 1024x768.
