I still haven't gotten my recovery disc from Acer. This is business day #11. I printed my debit card statement today for proof they charged me for it, and was going to call customer service to tell them the first disc got lost in the mail, please send another one, but the debit card statement says they charged me on September 13. I ordered the disc on the 4th. They should have mailed it on the 7th, because they promised a maximum of two business days for processing. But if they charged me on the 13th, maybe they mailed it on the 13th, so I have more waiting to do before I can call them and inform them that it got lost in the mail. I am adjusting to the belief that nobody really has a functioning personal computer, because such an object is, like a hovercar, too good to exist outside of fantasies. Sorry my posting has been scarce.
