Vegetarians are increasingly being flagged because they're seen as strong potential Animal Rights Activists, and Animal Rights Activists are now seen as "Terrorists".

Seen several, don't always have time to click everything that interests me, so tend to scan past US domestic stuff, but yeah, it's happening over here, UK law specifically includes animal rights activism under terrorism these days, I think Terrorism Act 2000, but not 100% sure.
