[Greed plops down for a daily community check, having heard the morning reports and not likely to have much further business before noon. Accidentally bumping the camera on as he sets his beer down, he stares at the screen and makes a face at the first post he sees. Well. Community bullshit he can't understand. Nothing new. He scrolls down a few entries before finally making an international noise of 'what the fuck?'] ....Ｈａａ？
(( OOC note: In the fourth wall "this is an anime in some worlds" sense and in the sense that there are Japanese language puns in series, Greed speaks Japanese. Some of the background writing is in Japanese. But most of the text in-series is in English. Also, characters end up in England and Germany without any comment on the language switch or any problems at all with the foreign languages. So as best I can figure, Greed can understand whatever Earth language the anime staff finds it convenient for the cast to understand.
Which is to say if your character speaks anything besides Japanese, he'll understand/be understood by your character if you want him to. Give me a note on that in the subject or somesuch. Same if your character writes in anything besides English and Japanese.
Once he figures out the virus, he'll answer text posts with written English (and could in Japanese if you ask him I guess, but he avoids text when he can) but how much sense it makes may vary.))
