I'm located in Singapore, items will be brought back to Singapore so there's no shipping fee for Singaporeans who can meet up.

Kindly read for more info (edited some stuff):
1) I will ship internationally. Shipping will be from Singapore Japan by EMS. Shipping of 3000yen will be collected first. Should there be any leftover amounts from the shipping fee, I will refund you the amount within 2 days of shipping out items. You will have to do a second payment for your additional shipping & handling from Singapore to your country. I will only be able to give you the quote 3rd Nov onwards.
2) For Singaporeans who meet up, there will be no additional shipping fee other than the handling fee as indicated above.
3) Meet up at either Raffles Place MRT, Bradell MRT, or Orchard MRT.
4) Will accept the following payment methods:
(A) Paypal [SGD]
(B) Western Union [SGD]
(C) Bank Transfer [SGD] (POSB/DBS/UOB)
5) Once your order has been finalised, I will send you an invoice, payment has to be received by 25th Oct 2009.
6) If item stock not available, I will refund you asap
7) Should there be any unforeseen delays, I will email you to inform or update this LJ
