More Clicker troubles.

Hmmm missed yday's post!

Shortrods arrived....lovely tho they are in the silver colourscheme (Was expecting something a little darker). The are very light however, and will enable me to play around with end weights...they also look sexeh ;) The bow is a lot more stable as a result of the addition, though I suspect I may need to play around with the angles a little.

Clickerwise....damn it's hard. I need to get it just right..at the moment it's either too short or to far forward. Shot yesterday and today with no recognizable groupings apart from the last two ends. Dave Cox offered me some insight into the bow arm positioning...a new way of thinking about forward arm rotation, the arm should be able to bend into your chest, not your face, from the elbow. Won't be shooting till tuesday, so shall have to give it a try now. Today, just before I got tired, I think I may have found the ideal clicker point :) Will have to trial it over several ends before making it REALLY firm. I'm too inconsistent in my form at full draw as of now.

Hard work to come methinks....!

Oh, and hot weather makes for stressed archers ¬_¬
