Thus I declare myself finished for the day

Pity that I still have to be here for another hour, though the reason is quite nice. At 6.30 the Fantasy Science Fiction Society meets and I'm going to play rpg's. Beware! ;)

This afternoon I got a very nice notice on my desk, which I will quote here for your benefit.

"Fógra
Ar mhiste leis na mic léinn PhD a gcuid ábhar pearsanta a chur i mboscaí agus iad a bheith réidh le bailiú ag lucht Oifig na bhFoirgneamh ag 11.00 a.m. Dé hAoine 29 Meán Fómhair le hiad a thabhairt go dtí Foirgneamh na Coiribe."

"???"

Yes, that's how I felt too. Do they really think I have enough Irish to be here???
Well, obviously I do, since with help of an online dictionary I found out that we are kindly requested to put our personal stuff (which I luckily don't have yet) in boxes so that they are ready to move on Friday at 11. So yes, Friday is new office day. I'm very curious, but not very excited, since the office is even further than I thought. It just doesn't feel nice to be moved to the very outer part of campus, amidst business and commerce students and at least a 10 minute walk away from normal people. We'll see what it will be like.

Tuesday and Wednesday are going to be long hard days for me. I hadn't realised this at first. On these days I will be away from home from early in the morning until late at night. Tuesday I am working and generally won't be home before 12, Wednesday I will have to get up at 7.30 and will spend the evening at this fan sci fi thing I told you about. I don't know how long that is going to last. I am very tired at the moment. I was hoping I would be able to spend this long day studying and everything, but as you can see, I am not doing it right now, though I will do a bit more Irish later on. I'm a good girl. :)

Other than that life is pretty much the same. I am getting settled in and that's a good thing.
