I was wandering around the other day, and it totally hit me-- you guys, we have a beach. I hardly ever see anyone down there using it. Isn't that a total waste? And summer's almost over; September's just around the corner. Pretty soon it'll be too cold to swim

Well, food and drinks, games, tunes... The most work is just gonna be dragging the stuff from the mansion to the beach, and setting up.
