Dear Marc J. Victor, Attorney at Law. The purpose of this post is to inform you that I have recieved your letter informing me that my mortgage may be eligible for loan modification. It is also to inform you that in my estimation you are nothing more than a bottom feeding idiot since you have gotten the rather significant detail of the actual mortgage company where it is being held completely wrong.
Clearly you have done nothing more than purchase my name and address information from some source and have likely sent out this poorly produced form letter to hundreds, perhaps thousands of people in a desperate attempt to justify your existance.
The fact that you feel the need to inform me that your firm is so generously accepting new clients does not fill me with any particular warmth especially as I note that your firm isn't even in the same state as I am and I would find it rather difficult to do business with someone who is a) a lawyer and b) only accessible via phone.
As your letter so accurately points out, my loan modification is an important matter. On that at least we can agree. That is why I will be trusting that to an attorney who I seek out and research on my own, rather than trust to the random mailings of someone I've never met let alone heard of. The fact that you think I would be willing to trust you sight unseen says that you are either desperate or that you think I'm an idiot. In either case I am not filled with any particular regard for you.
With all that being said Mr. Marc J. Victor, Attorney at Law, I think it is safe to say that I will not be using your services and can, in fact, recommend to all those people who might see this message that should they too recieve a random mailing from you it would be in their best interests to throw your missive in the garbage where it most certainly belongs.
Just because you spent a few pennies on a stamp does not make your message any less SPAM than the regular garbage your competition sends to my electronic mail box. Please feel free to get stuffed along with the rest of your companions.
