Merry Whatever
Today is the day we are supposed to celebrate the birth of a very important prophet. Though it seems we have lost sight of such. For many it is a season to spend more than you have to buy presents for people you feel obligated to give. I find it amazing that the name sake for a religious movement has come to represent over indulgent commercialism. I too have fallen into this trap. I just don’t get it and probably never will. So I bid all of my LJ friends here Merry Whatever…allowing you to fill in the blank as you see fit.
