Ugh ... I hate Florida
I need to get out of here ASAP. Feels like everything is beginning to stagnate.
We're being overrun by overly zealous, right wing fundamentalist Christian Republicans. They're old, and they're rich, and they are so out of touch with the culture of our youth its not even funny. I don't want to raise my children (if I ever decide to have any) in some backwater state where they refuse to teach evolution in certain public schools, preach abstinence without education for safe sex alternatives, and where gay marriages are null and void within the state of Florida.
I thought church and state were supposed to be separate? I guess that's why they're cutting funding to education and public libraries. So that we won't realize just how backward we really are.
If I don't get out of here by the year's end, I think I'm going to have a nervous breakdown.
