i went for a run again and it was great. professional runners must have a great life. it just puts me in a great mood.(i just used great in the past three sentences.)

kinda sad i got excited about the collapse of Communism and junk but i did.
best news of all: my six pack is totally back now! the winter pack is gone and my nice stomach has returned.
i am determined to get AND stay in shape.
