The Allegiance
The Allegiance is a secret group of pure-bloods (and occasionally half-bloods) who still hold true to the ideals of the fallen Lord Voldemort. After his demise, many pure-blood families were shamed and left to flee to the darkest corners of the wizarding world. As the Ministry of Magic went on a hunt to round them up, many sought shelter 'underground' and lost their fortunes & most importantly, they lost their status and reputation.
However, from the outcast Death Eaters and followers of Voldemort, an individual emerged to band them together, to bring back the purity of their kind. Not all families have heard of this individual or of his goals, but there are a select few who have started to give in, who believe in the words he preaches and long for their due birth right. As pure-blood wizards, they believe they are owed what has been denied to them by the Ministry of Magic. Many have changed their names, or falsified their records to continue on.
What this means: Not all children know of their parent's plan or even want to follow in their footsteps. Some children of shamed pureblood families have continued on just like all other witches and wizards. They believe in equality of all wizarding kind. But there are some. A small group of ambitious youth who want a taste of the life their ancestors once had. They follow their parent's wishes, and the wishes of the individual blindly. Starting this year, with missions in line, they will begin to cause mayhem once more.

The Allegiance is open to any pure-blood (and perhaps a half-blood or two) muse who wishes to be involved. There is a limit on the number of muses in the Allegiance which may rise with demand. These select muses must adhere to the background specified above, and will generally come from an ancient pure-blood line, or at least come from half of a pure-blood line. The family may have even changed their last name somewhere along the line to stay on the good side of society. Remember the community also allows for PB muses (and AU if you can make it work) to take their blood-lines from the actual book/world of Harry Potter itself. But you may also create your own, so long as you reference that in your application.
The moderators will be handing out missions to these individuals throughout the life of the community. Also, be aware that members of the Allegiance are not to share their goals or knowledge of the Allegiance with those who are not a part of it. The entire group is sworn to secrecy.
