That's how I am feeling after performing with Marquette University Gospel Choir in their concert tonight. It went well for the most part. They gave me, Jessie (another Loyola New Orleans student), and Rene (a girl up here from Xavier) shirts after we finished singing to thank us for joining the choir while visiting this semester. That was really nice of them. I am really going to miss the people in the choir.
I'm glad I'm going home on Tuesday. A break from this weather is just what the doctor ordered. I really shouldn't be complaining about the weather as it hasn't been too bad lately. I just wore a hoodie today, instead of the usual big jacket, scarf, hat, and gloves. I look forward to seeing my family. I miss them so much. Hopefully I can see a few friends as well.
School is school. I definitely won't miss the school aspect of Marquette. A lot of work. I may not be seen much after Thanksgiving due to this work I have to do. Oh, and I'm registered for my last semester as an undergrad! Yay. April 29. The countdown begins! Spring is going to be really busy, but I trust that God will see me through it, as He always has.
