Very low swing today. Not sure if We're still coming down from ben's visit or if its something else. Canceled classes this morning and slept 14 hours. This is about a -3 or -4 on the -10 to 10 scale.
We don't understand why We would swing this low just coming down. We were high while he was here, but not in a manic way. Perhaps it was just because it was sustained over a few days?
