Cause everybody's doing it!
My New Year's Resolutions-
-to start paying more attention to the people around me and to make a conscious effort to give a crap about them.
-to take better care of myself...maybe I'll even start sleeping.
-to get the flying fuck away from this computer once in awhile and go get something resembling a life.
-get a job.
-work more on creative outlets (ie poetry, writing, collages etc).
-to cheer up a little.
-read all the stuff I said I was going to read.
-this is connected to the first but it needs to be emphasized...to be a better friend. I've been a real sucky one lately. I don't pay enough attention to my friends both online and offline.
I've taken the first step in paying attention to people by updating my buddy list. If you're my LJfriend and you've put your AIM in your profile beware I've added you to my buddy list. Now I'm going away to my parents for probably the whole weekend so this gives you ample time to either a)block me or b)respond to this saying you don't want me to bother you. Don't worry I won't take it personally. I would much rather not waste your time if you don't want me to then to blabber on with you wanting me to go the hell away. So to sum up what I just said:
If you do not want me to IM you, tell me now and I will remove your name from my buddy list. Good? Good!
