Everything you've heard about Irish people... is true. I had the chance to hang out with a bunch of drunken Irishmen Saturday night after the awards ceremony for the International Rally New York. These nice, but rambunctious, folks were a team that didn't finish the rally. They refused to drink American beer!!! Those bastards were drinking Corona, but wouldn't drink Sam Adams because it was brewed in Boston.
The rally was a great time. I spent most of my time this past weekend working at a finish control. I was that guy with the fancy stopwatch that marked the official finish time for all of the rallyists. :-)
I had my first experience with a mango on Friday... I had never eaten one til then. Mango is a tasty fruit, but pales in comparison to kiwi.
