May not lose this week

Traveling always presents challenges when it comes to eating right. I just need to accept that while I will not overindulge, I may either gain a pound or two or just maintain my current loss. I will make it up next week.

So far - 
Yesterday morning's breakfast was United Airlines' cheese plate.
Lunch was the lowest point thing I could find on Jack in the Box's menu (actually pretty good!)
Dinner - yum. Chili cheese fries shared with the others, then spicy shrimp which was fantastic.

Today:
Breakfast in the Executive Club level lounge: 1 sausage, 1/2 slice bacon, 1/2 danish and a bit of hash browns
Lunch: A- did a great job ordering lunch for the group. It was so good! Texas bbq (brisket and pork), Caesar salad, baked beans, coleslaw. I was good and did not have cheesecake, but gave in to a cookie midway through the day.
Dinner: No idea yet, but we are most likely going for steaks. I know I should be good, and I mostly will, but how often will I be down here to enjoy a seriously good steak?

I see a lot of exercise in the very near future
