Bared Fangs [Oneshot/Drabble]
Pairing: Baekhyun/unknown male, implied Kyungsoo/Kris

Warnings: Violence, Vampires-feeding on blood
Summary: Baekhyun’s sire does not approve of his midnight feeding.
A/N: Drabble, not even 500 words. Inspired by this fanart, which is just beyond fantastic. It’s not mine, but belongs to Ayohexo, who is incredibly talented and can be found here.
“What do you think you are doing here?” At the dark voice Baekhyun rose up from where he had been crouched over the dying man in his arms, his fangs sliding free with a slick noise. His pale grey eyes sought out a familiar form in the dark and he hissed when his target was finally found. The other creature’s frown deepened. “Do not bare your fangs at me, Baekhyun, I am your maker.”
“I will do so if I please.” Baekhyun rose to his full height, not very impressive, but still taller than his sire. He could feel warm blood dripping from his still open lips, a drop sliding down his chin and hitting his exposed collarbone. He resisted the urge to clean up the mess on his mouth with his tongue.
“I explicitly told you not to leave tonight.” Even with his inhuman eyesight Baekhyun did not catch the other’s movement until he was grabbed and his head pulled back by his silver locks. “Since when do you dare disobey me?”
Baekhyun continued to glare up at his sire. “Since you’ve left me for days with no one to feed on Kyungsoo.”
“I left Kris with you. He was there for you to feed on.”
Baekhyun sneered. “I won’t feed off of one of your pets.” The last word was practically spat out.
“I will not have you terrorizing humans in my territory.” Kyungsoo tightened his grip in Baekhyun’s hair and forced him to kneel on the dirty concrete of the dark alley. “I am master of this area and your sire. You will do as I say or I will destroy you.” Baekhyun let his glare fall to the ground. He knew his sire meant every word he said.
“Fine.” The word was ground out and Baekhyun pressed his lips together tightly to keep from saying anything else and risking further ire. Fresh blood leaked from between his lips as his fangs pierced them in his effort to stay quiet. As miserable as his existence was he did not want it to end.
Kyungsoo released his grip harshly enough that Baekhyun fell forward, catching on the body crumpled beneath him. “Pick him up. You will take him back to the house and keep him alive. I will not have you leaving another dead body on the streets.” With that Kyungsoo was gone, back to prowling the streets of his city. Baekhyun let out an unneeded breath and picked up the man from the ground, carrying him bridal style. He headed home, chest heavy but at least the man in his arms was light.
