I've been tossing around the idea of
polyphasic sleep. Sleeping more in rhythm with the darkness of the season with some time awake each night. I read countless peoples complaints about insomnia and this makes sense to me. I am smart enough to know that electric lights are not natural (even though I sell them for a living).
So as the nights get longer now, I've been going to bed earlier. I do wake up still, but not for long. I'll go by what my body tells me. I plan on blogging here more as this goes forward.
