Here is an update on my life. I work as an ast. systems administrator for a small company in Carlstadt, I have less than 1 year left on my military contract, and THE GIANTS WIN THE SUPER BOWL!!!!! That was a great day of my life as well as the ensuing celebration that took place. I didn't go to the ticker tape parade in the city, but I did go to the celebration at Giants Stadium yesterday. Two words describe the celebration, fucking pandemonium! I have a photo album on facebook of the event. Here is the public link.

When the ceremony was over the players went to the edge of the stands and would sign stuff for the fans. Now being in the 4th row I quickly ran down to the first row and tried to push my way to the edge so I can get an autograph on my Super Bowl Champs hat. Well, Kevin Ross is the player sigining swag in front of the mob of people hanging off the same wall I am near . I frantically wave my hat down towards him but alas I am too far up for him to notice. Then some big dude who was right up against the wall sees me trying push my way the extra 2 feet forward to get to the wall and proceeds to tell me, "$20 and I'll get him to sign your hat for you." I mull this over for about a nanosecond before I give the response of, "Fuck that I fought in Iraq you should do it for free!" He gives me a quick nod, grabs my hat, dangles it down in front of Ross, and when my hat returns it has an autograph. I have at least a dozen other stories from that awesome day for more just ask and I will tell.
