Crawford strolled into the library and headed towards the back. If he recalled correctly, there were a few rooms back there...enough for Schuldig and himself to move into.
Luc was back in his usual corner of the library, looking for any information on that Sindar technique that he'd heard of, the one that would rid him of his cursed destiny. He looked up as he heard someone moving toward his section.
Someone was there. Crawford paused and his hand automatically rose slightly towards his shoulder holster. The failsafe...not being able to see his own future was both a relief and curse. Crawford narrowed his eyes and carefully stepped foward.
Luc glanced at the person who had entered the section. He didn't recognize the person.
Crawford's hand dropped back down to his side. A boy. Not a threat...perhaps the current situation with Weiss was making him more paranoid than usual. Crawford moved to walk past the other.
"What interest do you have in this section of the library," Luc asked rudely.
Crawford's eyes slid back to the boy. "Rooms," he said shortly. "I fail to see why that matters to you."
"I've never seen anyone in this section before, other than my brother. If you knew something about this area, I would ask you if you knew where to find what I'm looking for."
"And what might that be, boy?"
"How to destroy a True Rune."
"A True Rune?" Crawford arched an eyebrow. "And what might that be?"
Luc held up his hand, the True Wind Rune shining faintly.
"Fascinating..." Crawford turned to fully face the boy. "I actually can't help you but...that thing. How powerful is it?"
"Extremely."
"Oh?" Crawford raised an interested eyebrow. Such power, and within his grasp... "Do tell..."
