possable disapearing

As some of you know ( if there is anyone still reading here), I work as a nurse for the CDCR. As such, they can change my schedule for the next year adn I can do nothing about it. well they jsut screwed me. The scheduling manager called me in today and said i will be training a new person who will then be taking over my post. I am moving from running the clinic to a pill nurse. the worst part of this is i will be loosing my monday through friday 7am-3pm job and getting a 3pm-10pm shift wiht either tuesday/wednesday or wednesday/thuesday off, working every weekend. This means that i cant go on the faimly campout, do any more fares, see my faimly or pretty much anyting. I took a $9/hr pay cut to stay here and this is how they show their appreciation for everythign i have done and how hard i have worked.

Now here is the question I have for you my intreped readers, if there are any of you out there. should i jstu grin and bear this, or take another $1 pay cut and go back to where i used to work for 12 years where they love me and will give me basicly anyting i want ( or so they say). Now in a year i get off probation and can bid for posts but there is no guarentee what will be a bidding post or that i would have the seniority to get it.
