So I was a both surprised and more than a little disgruntled to find that there is now an instant scratch-it featuring penguins who look just a little too similar:

You can't really see it in the scan, but they even have the same little shadows on his rather pudgy chest feathers. As he's not copyrighted afaik, I don't think there's much can be done about it though. (I didn't even win any money!)
