and run it on your computer - if your computer is an IBM PC compatible, that is.
you'll see a blank dos emulator window. use the number keys 1-8 to play a note, and the letter keys asdfg to select the octave. The sound will not come out of your sound card, just the the PC's built-in speaker, unless you took yours out or something...so every computer sounds different!!!
When you're done hit the left shift key to exit.
