My mom called me tonight to inform me that a childhood friend is in critical condition after being nearly stabbed to death. Her stepdad, who stepped in the way of her attacker, was stabbed in the neck and the head. He was killed.
Its nuts. He was such a nice guy. I guess the motivation was some sort of love triangle? I dunno. But I had a crush on this girl from third grade up until sixth grade. She even tried to start someting with me senior year, but I told her she was about six years too late. Now that just seems harsh.
