Memorial Day
This weekend was fun! I got to teach my dad how to not only connect to the internet, but show him how to turn on a computer! It was a 5 hour challenge and I enjoyed it all. I was in BR with Amber and hang out with lots of chums. Or at least, I did something everyday including traversing the LSU tunnels (something I've wanted to do since I was a freshman). It was Amber, M-Cat, Davis and myself and it was a blast. Although Amber sat out the first trip, the second length of tunnels (more appropriate to be called a dungeon) she got in on. In the dungeon we actually found a treasure chest! However, the map, compass, and all the rupees were gone (OMW)! Luckily there was a can of Slice cola from the 70's and some vodka from that period as well keeping the chest worth-while.
And today I ate a 1.5 pound burger from Times. If you don't already know, Justin Bates has a small appetite but will accept at least one challenge per week to successfully complete. It was a good fattening burger and I refuse to eat for 2 days. Oh, and I'm happy to say that I placed a bet on the burger and since I finished it and my root beer float, Paul had to pay for the meal which is awesome. A 2 day meal for free, Communism isn't that good!
Needless to say after all was done I didn't leave till 1 am. I just got home and now its time for my fat ass to workout, shower and get ready for work. Laters!
