What kind of chapstick makes your lips flake like furikake? I am so annoyed that this is making my lips even more chapped than before I needed lip balm. It promises to make your lips silky and shiny, but it's making it dry and flaky. I am tempted to drive back to Walmart and return it, but is it worth the drive (ie: expensive gas price) for a stick that costed less than 2 bucks? I should've bought the 97 cent Vaseline one instead.
