Come sing, play dance, and celebrate Spring rising in this 3 hour workshop. The power of voice, rhythm, group invocation, and creativity are encouraged as tools for personal and community transformation. No prior experience necessary!
Jeffrey Alphonsus Mooney is a San Francisco-based social justice activist, percussionist, and workshop facilitator for Reclaiming Events in the Bay Area. Among his particular skills are drumming, trance work, and raising energy in large groups. Jeffrey is well-known for this Rhythm Laboratory classes, in which he teaches us use of body, voice, and percussion in magical practice.
