Mass Effect/Sherlock Crossover: C-Sec Needs Help

C-Sec gets a case that they have NO IDEA how to solve. Every single lead turns up nothing and every single suspect has an airtight Alibi. This seems to be unsolvable, and then the bodies start piling up.
A Serial Killer is on the loose and C-Sec can't do a damn thing to stop them.
Then, one of the Detectives on the case is talking to a friend back on Earth, a Scotland Yard Detective who mentions that he knows someone who may be able to help them out. If C-Sec can resist the collective urge to punch him in the face.
And so Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson arrive on the Citadel and the Game is On.
And Executor Pallin finds it REALLY hard to resist the urge to throw the Human out of the nearest Airlock, especially when he makes the entirety of C-Sec look like idiots with his deductions, both about the case and who's secretly sleeping with whom.
Bonus ponts if this is Pre-ME1 and Garrus is assigned to work with him and freaks him out with the fact that Sherlock memorized every street on the Citadel in a few hours/days, as well as various other Sherlock-isms.
