Shepard's New Toy: Part 1/?

Preface: I’m changing the parameters of your prompt just a little bit to fit my story, but it should end up giving you what you want. I hope you enjoy reading it :)
Jane Shepard stood there, in Javik’s room, holding the device he was showing her, blinking at the Prothean over and over again. Her brain has yet to fully comprehend just what exactly he’s told her.
“What?” she asked him dumbly.
Javik huffed and spoke with his usual amount of bitterness. “I will tell you again, human. The device you now hold has the ability to temporarily control another person’s nervous system and, if commanded to do so, make them experience an orgasm.”
“Yeah, that’s what I thought you said.” Shepard looked down at the silver piece of equipment in her hand. It was rectangular, with a trigger on the bottom, a small button on the top, and a laser pointer on the one end. As Javik explained it, you point the laser at the intended target and hold down the trigger until the device is done mapping the target’s nervous system. Then to make them cum, you just press the button on top. According to Javik the reaction would be instant and quite noticeable, depending on the target.
Shepard sighed. “Javik, what on Earth prompted you to make something like this?”
The Prothean only shrugged. “I grow tired of simply doing nothing in my hold. This was one of the few projects from my time I could understand enough to actually build on my own.”
Well, everyone needs a hobby I suppose, Shepard tohught to herself. “Javik, do I need to explain just how wrong creating something like this is?”
Javik waved her off and turned back to his water basin. “I was bored, Shepard. And do keep in mind I called you after I completed it. I had no intention of actually using it, no matter how much I believe members of this ship could stand to reach an orgasmic release and simply relax.”
“Uh huh,” Shepard drawled. “And who exactly would you target for ‘orgasmic release?’”
“T’Soni,” Javik sneered. “The Asari is so high and mighty. Always asking questions, always so shocked when the information she receives does not align with her theories. She should learn to let go and let things be.”
“Right. Well, in any event, I’m going to keep this. That alright with you?”
The Prothean shrugged again, and Shepard had known him long enough to know Javik was done talking. So Shepard took her leave and left his alcove. As she ascended the lift back up to her cabin, Shepard tossed the seemingly innocent device back and forth in her hands. For such a small thing, controlling a person’s physical release was pretty powerful. Sure, it wasn’t particularly malicious, but still could give you a lot of control over another person. Although, hell, it could actually be pretty funny if enacted between the right people.
The Asari is so high and mighty… She should learn to let go and let things be.
And all of a sudden an idea formed in Shepard's devious little mind. She could attest with all her heart that she loved her girlfriend, Liara. But Javik was right; sometimes Liara was just a little bit too high strung.
As the idea began to flesh itself out, a grin spread out along Shepard’s lips. A wide, evil grin. As she looked down upon the device in her hands, Shepard realized she wasn’t so peeved about Javik’s hobbies. In fact, it might lead to her having her own fun as well.
