[No story spoilers, funny screenshot]I haven't managed to tip the Nomad over, but I've gotten myself into some pretty "interesting" positions with it. XD
Alright, who parked this thing?
On PC, the 'disembark' key is the 'E', which is near the WASD directionals and I sometimes hit it while trying to move and...well, let's say 'E' could also stand for Eject, because it dumps you out immediately.
I did it once while the Nomad was sliding backwards down into a crevice and I kept falling. By the time we both landed, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to reach it to climb back in. lol
I did, though, thank grod.
I've also nearly gotten myself stuck in cracks in the rock while trying to jump puzzle. Fortunately, it looks like the game may sense when this happens and auto /stuck you. /stuck is a SWTOR command for when you get into that situation, and like SWTOR, I seem very, very good at putting myself into spots when I need it...

Yeah, I'm not great at driving the Nomad. Much better now than I was during the trial though. I once got out and tried to jump jet my way to an outpost only to turn out after getting stuck and the vantage allowed me to see the obvious incline where the Nomad was supposed to drive up. *facepalm*

The Nomad is the new Mako. I did find, though, that turning it into the slower "all-terrain" helped me at least keep from careening as much. It's definitely easier to steer in that mode.
I haven't quite yet managed to get it stuck somewhere I've not been able to stubborn myself out of, but I've gotten close.
