Mass Effect might be the horniest game, but I think Bioware is just generally horny. Consider:
In DA2, Varric and Isabela talk about 'friend fiction'. The impression is, it's pretty erotic. Aimo (awesome artist) ran with the idea and made some covers for some of the books Varric is supposed to have written. "Hard in Hightown" and "Hard in Hightown 2" for instance. (see her Deviantart page here http://aimo.deviantart.com/) The trailer for DA:I has Aimo's "Hard in Hightown 2" on Cassandra's war table.
As melinda_goodin says (here http://dragon-age.livejournal.com/648950.html): "Patrick (Weekes) confirmed that Cassandra is a fan of Varric's "Hard in Hightown" - yes, that IS a copy of HIH on the war table in the trailer. He joked that it puts a whole new spin on Cassandra having Seekers drag Varric in to interview at the start of DA:2."
(as an aside, you can thank Patrick Weekes for Mordin.)
They barely had romances in Baldur's Gate (and still very lopsided for men versus women). There's some suggestive commentary from at least one character, but that's all I can think if right off the top of my head.
But there ARE romances in BG, KOTOR and Jade Empire (and some of the expansions for Neverwinter Nights. It's just a Bioware thing, it seems). Nothing quite as close to explicit as ME and DA have managed though (dipping in a toe, versus wading in. ;) )

The thing, though, is that I've never played KOTOR nor Bauldur's Gate, and I can't remember Jade Empire being anywhere near as filthy.
