Changing Normandy Uniforms

Hi! Does anyone know if there is a way to change what outfit squad mates where when on the Normandy, as I'd really like for Edi to put some clothes on. As far as I can tell, there is no way to do so in game (and if there is, it must be hidden under a rock somewhere), but I'm hopeful that there's a modding tool that will let me do it. (On PC, obviously)
