So I was commissioned to do an image of Liara that will be used as a tattoo, which is something of an unusual request. What makes it even stranger is that it wasn't to be stylised, or simplified - they wanted a 100% detailed Liara.
This is where I've got up to - shading will be done soon...
As some may recall, I am amongst the many who have fallen victim to the increasingly common MP bug where the game is unable to access the server. At least in my case -- and utterly without any help from bloody EA or Bioware -- I seem to have stumbled across a partial solution.
The current version of MassEffect3.exe -- v1.4.5427.111 -- throws the hissy fit and claims inability to reach the servers yet has no problem verrifying all DLC.
Using v1.03.5427.46 seems to partially fix the problem, restoring MP capacity up to and including Earth. However, it refuses to handle anything dealing with Retalliation, and won't send or answer invites. Fortunately, there seems to be enough (mostly Russian judging by the comms chatter) folks using it that I can create a game and usually end up with at least 1 other co-player.
It's FAR from ideal, but substantially better than nothing at all.

I believe they're two separate sets of servers, which is why all those loading screens take so darn long. They're doing everything twice - verification of game ownership/DLC purchase is separate from contacting the actual multiplayer servers. So you get two server wait times, and one can work while the other fails.
This is a silly observation I made during my Renegade Adept playthrough, but it bugged me anyway. I couldnt help but notice that when Shep stabs Kai Leng, its with an omni tool he technically shouldnt even be wearing. Yeah I know it wouldnt have been as satisfying as stabbing that bastard, and animating individual sequences like that would require too much time but...yeah. Stupid to be bothered by so tiny a detail. Nothing else to see here! XD
Eh, I've always wished that biotic Shepards would have gotten a few unique animations here and there, or a smidgen of dialogue with biotic characters like Kaidan. Tech characters too. I'm sure they would have liked to be able to do it... I'm still happy biotic Sheps got a different generic melee attack, at least.
That I did like. Sending enemies flying with a biotic blast fit my Shep's personality very well. Only downside to heavy melee attacks for my Infiltrator was it took so long to pull off.
