Legion Figurine!!!! :D
Got my Legion figurine in! (Probably could have posted this in SLF, but since it's almost over... I didn't want anyone to miss it that might be interested.)
So, lots of yays all around. Bought him from BigBagToyStore, and once the pre-order finally came in, he shipped rather quickly. Thane's on his way now, too!
Here's pics and a mostly silent video of me showing off Legion's moveable parts. I had to try to move him with only one hand while I held the phone(camera) in the other hand, so it looks a bit awkward.
This is him still in the packaging. I wanted that code to get the MP goodies and to play with him too much to just leave him in there.
Side of box - He has his rifle! *was excited* The other side said "Armory" and had a black and blue stick thing; I had no idea that it was his antenna dealie-mah-bob until I looked at the picture and figured out where to finally fit the piece.
Once I got him out of the box, I set him up to take pictures in front of the shipping box that he came in so I wasn't having to show off too much of my house. XD

And I finally tried to pose him with his sniper rifle. This was the closest I could get to the image displayed on the back of how he "could" hold the rifle. The butt of the gun should have been under his arm, but it wouldn't stay and the N7 armor piece made his chest stick out too far for me to get it exactly like the picture. This is good enough though. Threw the package paper behind him.
More rifle posing! - I made him look down the scope, but there's no way his other arm was flexible enough to hold it at the front.

Me messing around with him being able to bend - Again, he's not as stiff as he seems to be in the video since I was trying to do it with only one hand until I gave up and balanced the phone between the counter and my chin to use both hands. XD I was really interested in Legion's flexible wiring that doesn't get in the way of letting his arms and legs move more freely.

If you want anymore close-ups, let me know, and I'll try to get shots of different angles. If you're interested, I'll take pics of Thane when he comes in like a week as well. ;)
(I would have bought the set, but I didn't want to spend $130ish dollars on all 8. I don't really want Miranda or Shepard - I think they both look silly. Then I realized that the HUMANS look silly. I'd rather like having the rest. ^-^ Even though Garrus is my favorite character, he's too yellow in the pictures of his figurine when his face plating is much more gray. Maybe I'll get Tali one day to keep Legion company with Thane - since Thane is my fiance's favorite character. And Mordin; damn, do I want Mordin.)
And then someone had to go point out that the case looks like a quarian mask, so... you can see where my train of thought went. (Photobucket has some fun effects that came out kind of... neat.)
Finally got into the game and the promo code to redeem appears as a Collectible Pack (free, of course). Mine came with:
-3 Cobra Missile Launchers
-Adrenaline Module II
-Sniper Rifle Spare Thermal Clip V
-M-27 Scimitar III
