Cerberus Files 20: Razun "Blue" Casius
Blue grew up on an Asari colony. His father was a biotic amp researcher, and his mother was a security guard. Being surrounded by Asari and biotics his whole childhood meant he was very inclined to grow up to be a biotic.
His parents allowed it, even though he showed a small amount of biotic potential to work with. He had plenty of natural biotics users as friends (Asari) to teach him though.
When he enlisted in the Turian military bootcamp at 15, his peers would mock him for his upbringing. They nicknamed him 'Blue' because of it. The name stuck.
Shortly after boot camp, Blue joined the Cabals, due to his biotic abilities. However, he wasn't a very powerful one. In the Cabals, they taught him various fighting techniques, as well as teach him undercover and stealth tatics.
His abilities in ferreting out "white collar" crime can be a bit of an impasse to our funding projects since we need to move it in ways which may attract his attention.
Highly dangerous to our interests, suggest assassination.
