Back from St Lucia
Sorry to say, we are back. Another fantastic trip that I did not want to end. Oprah just named St Lucia one of the Top 10 places to visit before you die and I can see why. The island and people who live there are just awesome.
Some highlights:
There was a litter of kittens there that I would feed lots and lots of chicken to every night. Ken thought that they would discover kittens in my carry on bag on the way home.
The volcano was pretty darn cool
This was our 5th time there and have gotten to know several of the employees. We bought all of our favorite employees new Red Sox caps so spread the Red Sox Nation love
We won 2nd place in the Mixology competition by making my favorite Midori, Malibu Rum and pineapple juice drink.
We were taken on a tour not usually offered to the public to meet the Commander General of St Lucia at her home. She is appointed by the Queen of England and grew up a poor girl in St Lucia. She was super nice.
Biggest highlight was we won a free trip at the Returning Guest Dinner!! We can choose any Sandals or Beaches of our choice for 5 nights! Now we just have to figure out when Ken gets school breaks so we can go as it is only good for a year. SO excited!! I think we may go to Dunns River in Jamaica
One low-light. Some big goon stepped on my baby toe so Ken took several pictures of my toe in it's various stages of purpleness!

I missed some birthdays when I was away so a Happy Belated Birthday to BobinBstn, BNLfanof Ed and Kellybo!!
