also..... note: i spotted few mistakes. you need particle checking in the romaji lyrics. most of the "ha"s are supposed to be "wa"s.; and the "he" is pronounced "e" in Japanese, so change it to "e" so it makes it easier to understand the pronunciation :3
Hmm we leave the particles in the form they actually are (ha, he) instead of (wa, e), because to someone learning Japanese it is easier to understand. Basically if we put it in wa or e, people might write things like 私わ and 向こうえ instead of their correct counterparts, 私は and 向こうへ. I'm more concerned about how people correctly learn the language instead of their pronunciation - that'll come to them in due course.
But that's just the matter of preference for our community. If you want to alter it for your site, go ahead. (:
