Long Week
So every day this week I woke up thinking it was Friday, but it wasn't. Until today, which felt more like maybe a Thursday. So frustrating.
I'm glad it finally is Friday. Tomorrow I plan on finishing up my Christmas shopping. Gonna meet Mom after work in Westfield, we're hitting stores there and then hopefully heading to the mall. In the evening I hope to be heading to Neelie's house to get a few Christmas pics. The last couple times we tried setting up a shoot it kind of failed last-minute, but I have high hopes for tomorrow...
It's supposed to snow a lot tomorrow into Sunday, and I'm supposed to work on Sunday. If it does snow a lot, I think I'll just call out because I'm going to be risking my neck driving there only to be sent home twenty minutes later because it's slow, and it takes me twenty minutes to drive there, so it really won't be worth it. We'll see what happens.
Only three more school days until Christmas vacation, I'm so excited! Wednesday is Reindeer Games, one of the best days ever.
Oh, and we got our PSAT scores back today. I made the 94th percentile, and the second-highest in my class was 89th percentile. I feel really good about it, but I feel bad for the kids who are smarter than me and had taken the PSATs before and got lower scores. I don't feel like I deserve such a high score when they're so bummed about theirs, but it's not like I can give my score away. And besides, the scholarship I could possibly get from this would really help me out. I dunno.
