Practical question for yogis. I suspect I know the answer, but verification would be appreciated.
In the instance of a person having a long torso and short arms, should the person still try to put their hands flat to the floor when seated. I've tried to do this, taking special care to drop my shoulders and so on, but I always feel hunched over. When I really lengthen my spine, only my finger tips touch the floor. I'm guessing lengthening is more important than having my palms reach the floor, but can I get a yes/no?
